Important Member Update

CLUB CLOSURES

Unfortunately the Club will be closing early at 12pm on Wednesday 18th December, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Club will be closed on the following days over the festive period –

Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th & Friday 27th December 2024 as well as on Wednesday 1st January 2025.

There also will be reduced swimming times on the following dates –

Friday 6th, Monday 9th & Tuesday 10th December due to School sessions, we have added some additional lane sessions to the programme – please see Flow for further details.

GROUP SWIMMING LESSONS

We have a number of spaces in our termly group swimming lessons, there is availability in a number of Stages which follow the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming. We restrict our lessons to 4 children per session ensuring they receive the best quality swimming lesson and value for money available.

UNDER 18 GYM USAGE

The gym is only available to anyone under 18 during supervised times. Supervision is classed as a Fitness Instructor or Parent that is a current member.

Junior members (whose membership only includes swimming) or Junior guests of current members, that are over the age of 13 can use the gym if supervised as above, but are not permitted to use the free weights.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is available, via booking at Reception, with one of our excellent Personal Trainers who will be more than happy to help you achieve your Health & Fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Sessions can be booked at Reception and are available both individually as well as in blocks of sessions to suit your specific needs.
