If you are searching for some summer holiday activities for your youngsters…then look no further! We are running an exciting range of fitness sessions for children aged 8+ at Charterhouse Club in Godalming over the coming weeks. All the activities will be fun-filled and lead by experienced instructors.
From Junior and Youth Float Fit in our pool, through to Youth and Junior Yoga, there are a real mix of fitness classes. We even have some activities that parents can join in too such as our new family rounders session!
Here is our summer holiday timetable:
Junior and Youth Float Fit: Tuesdays at 13.30-14.00 & Fridays 10.45-11.15 with Louise. Classes are followed by a fun splash session. Junior classes are open to 8 years+, Youth classes are open to 11 years+ and all participants must be able to swim 25m confidently. Exceptions; Youth only (11 years+) on the following dates Tuesday 30/7 and 6/8, Friday 9/8 covered by Emma B. No class on Friday 2/8
Youth and Junior Yoga: Mondays 17.15-18.00 with Laura. Open to children 8 years+. No class on 5/8
Youth Studio Cycling: Wednesdays 10.30-11.15 with Emma B. Open to youths ages 11 years+, all participants must be over 4 foot 10 inches tall and fit the bike correctly. Starts on 31/7
Youth Boxercise: Wednesdays 17.00-17.45 with Emma B and Jack. Open to youths aged 13 years+. Starts on 31/7
Family Bootcamp: Thursdays 09.30-10.30 with Louise. Come and exercise as a family, take part in a range of fun fitness activities and games. Open to adults and children from 8 years+. Class starts on 15/8
Family Rounders: Tuesdays 10.30-11.30 with Louise. Bring the family and join us for a social game of rounders. Booking is essential, meet in reception. Open to adults and children from 8 years+. Games start from 13/8
