To celebrate half term week, 27 May – 2 June 2019, we are running an exciting timetable of youth and junior fitness classes here at the Club. From Floatfit and boxercise, through to family bootcamp sessions and yoga– there is something for everyone to enjoy!

On top of the classes, which are just £3.50 per session, a free swim is included and there will be Fun Splash available in the pool after each class*

Tuesday 28th May

14.00-14.45 Boxercise (13 years+)*

17.15-18.00 Yoga (children & teens from 8 years+)

Wednesday 29th May

Studio cycling 10.30-11.15 (11 years+, all participants must be over 4 foot 10 inches tall)

Floatfit 13.30-14.00 (8 years+, all participants must be confident swimmers)*

Thursday 30th May

Family Bootcamp 09.30-10.30 (open to adults & children 8 years+)

Come and exercise together in the great outdoors; take part in a range of fun, fitness activities and games.

Friday 31st May

Floatfit 10.45-11.15 (8 years+, all participants must be confident swimmers)*

Sunday 2nd June

Family Floatfit 11.00-11.30 (open to adults, teens and children from 8 years+, all participants must be confident swimmers)

Youth members and non-members are already signing up for these classes, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
