Our professional fitness instructors can create a personal training plan to help you reach your goal in a realistic timeframe. Having a personal trainer is a great way to keep motivated as they will encourage you along the way and show you how to make the most of every training session.

All of our fitness instructors are highly trained in a variety of areas including weight loss, strength building and nutrition. Using their expertise they can develop a training programme that will improve your overall health and fitness.

Programmes will incorporate a range of activities both in and outside of the gym, such as swimming, running and indoor climbing. Our instructors can also provide dietary advice and lifestyle counselling.
